  I am really going to miss coming to the store! You guys make it so much fun and the store is so full of ideas! This whole journey of decorating the Mineral Bluff project has been far more enjoyable than I thought possible. I have to compliment American Casual Living on the atmosphere that numerous members of the sales team would work together on my project with ideas and suggestions and no jealousy between staff. So much fun and creativity for the customer! Thanks to you and your staff for such an enjoyable and fulfilling experience!

  Just wanted to send you a note to express how much I enjoyed doing business with you. The patio furniture is great, but I was more impressed with your attitude toward customer satisfaction. I appreciate you replacing the base of the patio table that was somewhat unstable without question or delay. Even more impressive was your willingness to replace the base for the chair when I was responsible for the damage. I worked as COO of a company and was responsible for customer satisfaction. I know we did it right, but saw that the majority of businesses were only interested in today's dollar. It is refreshing to see that you do it right also. Thanks for the help and your attitude.
