American Casual Living’s Three-Step Replacement Process

Step One: Measurements

The process is simple: Bring your old cushions into our showroom in Buford, GA, where one of our “Cushion Pros” can take measurements. We can also answer any questions you may have regarding sizing and fabrics. If you are unable to make it into the showroom, we are happy to take your measurements over the phone; however, we always prefer to take the measurements in store when possible to avoid any mistakes.

Step Two: Select Your Fabric

After we have confirmed your measurements, we can move on to picking out a fabric! All of our fabrics are versatile, built to handle the elements of the outdoors, and easy to clean in case of a mess. We have enough swatches to keep you busy for hours, and are happy to answer any questions for you while you find the perfect fabric for your outdoor living space.

Step Three: Pick Up, or Delivery!

After taking your measurements and selecting your fabric, the final step is placing the order. Our replacement cushions are made-to-order, and usually take between six-eight weeks to arrive. Once they have arrived, our Cushion Pros will call to let you know that your cushions are ready for pickup or schedule a delivery.

Cleaning and Care

Our cushions are virtually maintenance-free, but as we all know, accidents happen. Lucky for you, you’ve picked a fabric that’s easy to clean with a little dish soap and water! We carry a variety of cushion cleaning products in our showroom as well, in the case you need something a little more heavy duty.
